四、招聘对象
具有与以上一级学科一致的相关方向博士学位，现在海外工作或者学习，未与中国国内其他单位建立人事聘用关系者，年龄原则上不超过50周岁。
五、报名与考核招录
1.报名招录时间：即日起至2017年5月底。
2.报名方式：通过网络报名，应聘者须填写《重庆师范大学“百名优秀博士招聘计划”应聘表》，并提交个人简历和博士学位证书、代表性学术成果等相关支撑材料扫描件。以上文件打包成一个压缩文件提交，压缩文件命名为“姓名+重师百名博士招聘+应聘学院+高校人才网”同时发送至学校人事处邮箱（cqnursc1@126.com）和相应学院指定电子邮箱。
3.招录考核方式：通过专家推荐并通讯评审考核，或者当面面试考核等。

与学校签订2年一个聘期的全职聘用合同，合同签订6个月之内就职有效。第一个聘期结束后，经双方考核可续聘。聘期中，经学校同意辞职的，可解除聘用关系。

20万元/年
实验学科4万元/年，非实验学科2万元/年，聘期前2年每年拨付。
聘期内为受聘者购买城镇职工基本社会保险。

Qualifications and Experience
To be a successful candidate, you will hold a PhD appropriate in at least one of the subject areas mentioned above. And at present you should be still working or studying outside Chinese mainland and have not contracted with any institutions or organizations in China. Besides, in principle you will not exceed the age of 50.

Please note that all applications should address the selection criteria under the knowledge, skill and experience requirements, and successful candidates will be peer-reviewed or invited to attend a face to face interview.
Contract Type, Salary and Benefits
1. Contract Term
The employment duration will be 2 years on a full-time basis. And the period of validity for your entry is within 6 months from the day the contract is signed.
The tenure will be renewed only when the contract expires and your professional performance is evaluated. And during the employment, the employment relationship can be terminated if the your resignation is approved by the university authority.
2. Transportation allowance
Those who have been employed will be granted a transportation allowance of ¥30,000 (CNY).
3. Salary
The salary will be ¥200,000(CNY) per annum.
4. Research funding
For those engaging in experimental subjects will be granted a research funding of ¥40,000 (CNY) per annum, and those in non-experimental subjects ¥20,000 (CNY) per annum. The funding will be appropriated in the first two years during the employment period.
5. Basic Social Insurances
During the employment period, you will be assured with urban employee basic social insurances.
